Over 30 years of banking experience – international Treasury and Financial Banking funding officer as well as executive strategy officer for M&A. He got additional background in the Central and Eastern European Markets where he was heading Treasury units in ten different countries. His experiences ranges from the Austrian Cooperative Banking Sector, the Austrian Volksbank (with a 43% State participation), which is mainly servicing the SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) but also to the Austrian Saving Banks Sector, ERSTE Bank, being the largest bank of the country. His practical work experience covers the financial areas in Europe, London, New York and Hong Kong.

At CBF Holding Inc.(CBFCAP),is a newly founded capital firm, he is one of the joint mutual administrators. The focus is on the i) manifold financial services, like M&A and fund raising (PE) in finance, services and industry but also in ii) financial consulting and iii) financial training (such as e-learning/cyber-learning). The company further endeavors to deal with ‘data-mining’ online e-commerce (in particular through international e-learning) but also with investments in any direction.

ACI Financial Markets Association appointed him ‘Honorary President’ in 2014 after the maximum of a two terms presidency. ACI is a non-profit and non-political association with affiliated members in some 65 countries (in Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Australia) and a basis of 13,000 professional members. The members are from the national and international financial institutions engaged in cross border finance and Treasury activities (financing and funding, foreign exchange, interest rate products and its various derivatives, banknotes and commodities, fixed income and some kind of structured products). These activities are based on substantial international e-commerce and electronic interconnectedness, mutual trust in entering into business on a often self-regulating basis at the highest moral and ethical standards. The international network spans globally and probably provides the world largest communication platform in financials. One of the next steps will be to offer its exam/certification program to Chinese interested parties to prepare for the future challenges of fully opened financial markets.
